Shipping
Shipping is free for purchases over $50. All orders under $50 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $8.
Conditions of return or refund
If there is an issue with your product, you may opt for a refund or exchange by contacting shop@colnaylerbarber.com. Both exchange and refunds are subject to inspection. We will not accept the return of any product that has been used.
Authorisation of return or refund from Col Nayler Barber Shops
If your product is eligible for return our online shop team at shop@colnaylerbarber.com and they will arrange the return and exchange or refund of your product. You must adequately package any product you are returning ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. All original items including packaging must also be returned.
Refund
If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale.
